For the 2026-2027 cycle, we will be opening registration to all our contest exams (NSE, NPE and NSC) early, on October 15, 2026. Early registration is key, as it will provide access to the built-in practice section, which will help students build confidence, gain familiarity with the format, and reinforce their skills through purposeful practice.
The National Spanish Assessment (NSA) will open on August 3, 2026, to support your academic planning by providing a diagnostic tool to assess your students’ skills at the very start of the school year. The NSA may be administered three times throughout the year. The first attempt measures the proficiency level students have already completed (the previous course level) and serves as a diagnostic baseline. The second and third attempts assess the level students are currently enrolled in, allowing teachers to monitor progress, track growth, and collect meaningful performance data at mid-year and end-of-year checkpoints. In addition, the NSA helps students develop the skills assessed by the National Spanish Exam (NSE) and serves as an excellent tool for ongoing preparation while supporting proficiency growth throughout the year.

Please Read: The cost of the exams reflect the cost per student seat registered during the time frame indicated. Teacher fees may also apply. We strongly recommend planning ahead so that you may register early and secure the regular registration rate. Last-minute registration will remain available during examination time for emergency add-ons, but are not recommended for teachers who are registering for the first time. The exam administration period has a fixed deadline, and there are no extensions for any reason.
The NSA will remain at $5 per student seat year-round, and includes up to three (3) assessments per student, per school year.
